SBA 504

The SBA 504 is for all owner-occupied businesses.  The proceeds can be used

for fixed-asset acquisitions, construction, and refinancing debt.

USDA - B&I

THE USDA - B&I program is for investor and owner-occupied businesses in towns with <50,000 in population.  The proceeds can be used for acquisition, refinance, and construction.

Bridge Program for  Businesses

The Bridge Program for Businesses is for cash-flow rich businesses that are lacking collateral.

Small Bridge Program for  Businesses

The Small Bridge Program for Businesses is for businesses with 2x cash flow without sufficient collateral.

Transitional Financing

Transitional Financing is for businesses with a large amount of machinery, equipment, or other assets that have experienced financial obstacles such as DIP financing, discounted loan payoff, or if you no longer meet your existing lender’s loan covenants. The proceeds can be used for working capital or refinance.

Unsecured Line of Credit 

The unsecured Line of Credit is a true revolving line of credit for businesses.

Unsecured Commercial Lines of Credit are for working capital for new and existing businesses.

Revenue Based Small Dollar

The Revenue Based Small Dollar loan program can be utilized by all businesses.  The proceeds can be used for working capital, growth, or inventory.  This program is based on a business's cash flow.

Accounts Receivable Factoring

Accounts Receivable Factoring program is for businesses needing additional working capital.  An ideal business that would benefit from this program would be one that lacks history, experiencing tremendous growth, or are having cash flow challenges.

Purchase Order Financing

Purchase Order Financing is for businesses needing additional working capital to help start or grow a business.  In essence, these funds are used for material purchases required to complete the PO's a business has received.

Leasing

Leasing is for businesses that are looking to acquire equipment to help their business grow.
