The Bridge Program for Businesses is for cash-flow rich businesses that are lacking collateral.

Loan Amount: $500,000 to $3,000,000

Rates: 12.5% plus 2.5% pik (cash paid and accrued)

Terms: 3 to 5-year term / partial or full amortization

Prepayment: 5/3/2/1

Time in Business: 3 years minimum

EBITDA: $1million to $5 million

Recourse or Non-Recourse: Recourse

 

Program Benefits:

• Has no equity dilution. This allows the business to borrow the money they need and not having to give up ownership in their business.

• Focuses more on the cash flow of the business vs. the assets the business has. This allows businesses who may not have many assets but have steady cash flow to borrow the money they need to meet their business’s needs.

• They are a second position lender.
